WHEN CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

- Returns are accepted when you first notify us within 14 days after the item has been delivered to you.

- All items on Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Garments must be in their original unworn condition with all tags attached. We can't take back washed or dirty merchandise.

- All Digital product, Custom made products, (Deposit) tickets for Poi Retreat, face masks, and beauty products are not eligible for return or exchange. 

ALSO NOTE - You are responsible for the return shipping costs. - Shipping fees on your initial order are non-refundable.
